Important program details

Drain clearings are excluded if there is not a ground level accessible clean out.
Any recommended repairs while performing maintenance visits are excluded.
Additional sensors are available for purchase.
This is not a warranty program.
Current members are not eligible for comped membership following replacement.
HVAC system(s) must be operational to perform regularly scheduled maintenance.
Tankless water heater flushes are not included in the program benefits.
Emergency services are no cooling, no heating, no water, or flooding. All other services are not considered emergency service.
Anode rods for tank type water heaters are not included.
Supply of air filters are not included in the program benefits.
Loyalty credits have no cash value. Applicable to equipment purchase only. Not applicable on previous purchases or subscription fees. Void upon cancellation.
